Job summary

Eaton's Electrical division seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site support for Power Quality products (UPS and Emergency Lighting) in Italy from Segrate (Milan), Padova, or Bologna. You will perform commissioning, maintenance and repairs, under EHS standards and with travel across the country.

Training and 24/7 on-call support are part of the role. Ideal candidates have a technical diploma and 3–5 years of on-site service experience, including troubleshooting of power electronic

Qualifications

Solid knowledge of electrical and electronic systems with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
MS Office proficiency and ability to use field service/diagnostic software tools.
Fluency in Italian; good working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site technical services including commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades.
Ensure compliance with EHS standards and local regulations.
Plan, coordinate and manage service interventions with customers.
Document service reports and communicate findings to customers and internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for spare parts, upgrades, and additional services.
