Hotel La Palma - Capri’s first hotel, built in 1822, currently being transformed into an elegant and exclusive 50-room-and-suite hotel. The Pool Bartender Intern supports the Pool team in delivering an exceptional poolside experience, ensuring that guests enjoy attentive, personalized, and professional service in a relaxed luxury setting. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations while developing hospitality, beverage, and guest engagement skills.
Working alongside experienced professionals, the Pool Bartender Intern assists with daily service activities, beverage preparation, and guest interactions, contributing to the smooth operation of the outlet and the creation of memorable experiences for an international clientele.

Profile

The ideal candidate is a hospitality student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in Food & Beverage operations within a luxury hospitality environment. Passionate about guest service and eager to learn, the Pool Bartender Intern demonstrates a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in developing a career in hospitality.
Throughout the internship, the candidate will have the opportunity to learn luxury poolside service standards, beverage preparation techniques, guest engagement practices, and daily outlet operations while working alongside experienced professionals. This role provides valuable exposure to international guest interactions, teamwork, and service excellence in a dynamic outdoor setting.
The successful candidate is proactive, adaptable, and willing to embrace new challenges. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset are essential, together with a genuine commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
Advanced English is required to communicate confidently and professionally with our international guests, further developing guest-facing communication skills within a luxury hospitality environment.
