Qualifications

• MBA Finance with 2-8 years post-qualification experience in accounts finalization and reporting.
• Experience in audits and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee balance sheet integrity and plant accounting across locations.
• Coordinate month-end closing and finalisation with plant inputs.
• Manage CWIP monitoring and asset capitalization.
• Oversee provisions and accrual management.
• Strengthen internal controls and compliance with GST, ITC, and TDS.
• Prepare for audits and audit readiness, with schedules and back-ups.
• Drive standardization, automation, and SOP adherence across processes.
• Collaborate with plant teams and HO for complete expense and liability capture.
