The candidate should have 8+ years in Controlling within industrial environments, with strong plant costing expertise, SAP, and BI tool familiarity, and experience in multinational settings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Controlling within manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in plant controlling in multinational companies.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in international settings.
• Experience with Indian manufacturing operations is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant performance and key manufacturing KPIs.
• Analyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization.
• Manage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation.
• Track bill of materials and manufacturing cost structures.
• Support operational efficiency and CapEx investment evaluations.
• Monitor cross-functional KPIs (sales margins, purchasing costs, production volumes).
• Coordinate plant budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls.
• Support audit activities and reporting improvements.
• Act as financial partner to plant management and HQ communication.
