WYSER S.R.L. is seeking a Resident Senior Controller for its India manufacturing site. The role focuses on operational performance, cost control, and financial partnering with plant management and HQ.

You will drive costing, budgeting and KPI surveillance in a multinational manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in industrial Controlling, strong cost understanding and experience with SAP and BI tools, and the ability to collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement

Our Client is a leading industrial group with a strong manufacturing footprint and established international standards, recognized for operational excellence and a structured, performance-driven culture. To strengthen the Finance function at its manufacturing site in India, we have been retained to search for a: Resident Senior Controller - India. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational performance of the manufacturing plant in India. The role combines operational analysis and business support, ensuring transparency and alignment with group standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor plant performance and key manufacturing KPIs
• Analyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization
• Manage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation
• Track bill of materials and manufacturing cost structures
• Support operational efficiency and CapEx investment evaluations
• Monitor cross-functional KPIs (sales margins, purchasing costs, production volumes, inventory turnover and quality costs)
• Coordinate plant budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls
• Support audit activities and reporting improvements
• Act as financial partner to plant management, providing insights for operational decision-making and facilitating communication with HQ

Required profile

• 8/10+ years of experience in Controlling, including significant exposure to industrial/manufacturing environments
• Strong background in plant controlling within multinational companies
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and working in international environments
• Experience with Indian manufacturing operations is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
• Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures
• Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales
