Job summary

Thermowatt is seeking an Industrial Controlling Intern to join the Finance team and assist the Control Management group in monitoring plant performance and financial results. The role offers hands‑on experience in budgeting, performance analysis, and operational reporting within an international manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with plant budgets, forecasts, and outlooks, supporting month‑end closings, and preparing KPI analyses to drive cost deployment initiatives

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.
• Team oriented mindset with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting processes for plants.
• Assist in month‑end closing activities and variance analysis.
• Prepare reporting and performance analyses on plant KPIs.
• Contribute to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Cost Deployment activities.
