Job summary

WYSER S.R.L. is seeking a Resident Senior Controller for its India manufacturing site. The role focuses on operational performance, cost control, and financial partnering with plant management and HQ.

You will drive costing, budgeting and KPI surveillance in a multinational manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in industrial Controlling, strong cost understanding and experience with SAP and BI tools, and the ability to collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement

Qualifications

• 8/10+ years in Controlling in manufacturing environments.
• Strong plant controlling background in multinationals.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in international settings.
• SAP experience and familiarity with BI tools are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant performance and key manufacturing KPIs.
• Analyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization.
• Manage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation.
• Track bill of materials and manufacturing cost structures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and CapEx evaluations.
• Coordinate cross-functional KPIs across operations, procurement and sales.
• Ensure adherence to financial procedures and internal controls.
• Assist audit activities and reporting improvements.
• Serve as a financial partner to plant management and HQ.
