Wyser S.r.l. A Socio Unico is seeking a Resident Senior Controller for its manufacturing site in India. The role blends operational analysis with business support to ensure transparency in line with group standards.

You will monitor KPIs, analyze costs, manage standard costing and budgeting, and serve as a financial partner to plant management while coordinating with HQ. Fluency in English and SAP/BI familiarity are required.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in Controlling in manufacturing
• Plant Controlling in multinational companies
• ERP (SAP) experience and BI tools familiarity

Mansioni

• Monitor plant performance and KPIs
• Analyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization
• Manage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation
• Track bill of materials and manufacturing cost structures
• Support CapEx investment evaluations and operational efficiency
• Coordinate plant budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls
• Support audit activities and reporting improvements
• Act as financial partner to plant management and HQ
