Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at Castiglion del Bosco, Tuscany. You will act as the link between the MD and all departments, ensuring smooth coordination and timely communication.

In this role you will manage the MD’s diary, arrange travel, draft correspondence, prepare presentations and minutes, and uphold Rosewood standards to support a luxury guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel.
• Strong written and spoken Italian and English.
• Excellent communication and diary management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication within the MD’s Office and departments.
• Coordinate between MD, Executives and Department Heads.
• Manage diaries, travel arrangements, and meetings; minuting when needed.
• Draft correspondence, produce presentations and collate reports.
• Uphold Rosewood standards and handle special requests efficiently.
