Job summary

Cubbit is seeking a Performance Marketer on a freelance basis to lead paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and beyond, driving qualified pipeline and improving cost efficiency. You’ll own targeting, budgeting, testing, and bidding, collaborating with Marketing and Sales to ensure high-quality leads.

Based in Italy, you’ll work remotely with the Marketing team, scaling what converts while prioritizing lead quality over volume.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and scaling paid campaigns, especially on Google and LinkedIn.
• Data-driven approach: comfortable reading performance data and making fast, informed decisions.
• Speed and autonomy—you don't need much hand-holding to move from insight to action.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn (lead gen) and Google (SEM), exploring other channels where relevant.
• Own performance end-to-end: targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, and bidding strategy.
• Read the data, find what's converting, kill what isn't, and scale what works.
• Continuously test new audiences, formats, and messaging to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure leads generated meet Sales needs to close.
