Job summary

Cubbit is seeking a Performance Marketer on a freelance basis to optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and beyond. You will own end-to-end campaigns, focusing on lead quality and cost efficiency, collaborating with Marketing and Sales to feed the top of the funnel for the Sales team.

Based in Italy, you can work remotely with access to Cubbit's Bologna HQ for meetings; prior B2B SaaS, cloud infra, or data storage experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and scaling paid campaigns across B2B channels.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to read performance metrics and act quickly.
• Self-driven, autonomous work style with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google, and explore other channels.
• Own end-to-end performance: targeting, budgeting, creative testing, bidding.
• Analyze data to identify what's converting and scale it while reducing cost per lead.
• Test new audiences, formats, and messaging to improve lead quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure leads meet sales needs.
