Hilo by Aktiia, a remote-first med-tech scale-up, seeks a Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Search to own strategy and spend across key markets in Europe and beyond. You will drive campaigns from click to purchase, test new channels, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to scale acquisition efficiently.

The role requires data-driven decision making, strong measurement, and experience with AI-driven automation while ensuring health claims remain accurate.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience in an international setting with budgets and measurable results.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and strong working experience with Microsoft Advertising.
• Data-driven approach with rigorous testing and commercial judgment.
• Track record of improving conversion rates, acquisition efficiency, and ROI across multiple markets.
• Experience with media planning, forecasting and launching paid channels beyond search.
• Ability to set direction and influence colleagues while staying close to execution.
• Experience using AI and automation with careful verification of outputs.
• Nice to have: health tech, medical devices, wearables or subscription products.

Responsabilidades

• Set paid search strategy across the US, UK, Germany and growth markets.
• Lead campaign strategy and execution across Search, Shopping and Performance Max; include Google Demand Gen where appropriate.
• Manage budgets, pacing, bidding and investment across platforms and markets.
• Measure performance against CAC, conversion, revenue and ROI using data and platform reports.
• Build a testing roadmap for keywords, audiences, creative, feeds and landing pages.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, creative and analytics to improve tracking and customer journey.
• Leverage AI/tools to accelerate research, analysis and execution while validating outputs.
• Develop and scale additional paid channels like native advertising.
• Present results, risks and opportunities with clear recommendations for next steps.
