You will develop advertising concepts, hooks and campaigns that resonate with Italian consumers and drive sales, combining creative ideation with data-driven performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Native Italian speaker with professional English proficiency.
• Strong creative mindset and ability to generate original, commercially relevant ideas.
• Experience in creative strategy, content creation, digital advertising or growth is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and advertising angles tailored to the Italian market and consumer.
• Identify ways to communicate value proposition and product benefits.
• Generate hooks, messages and storytelling concepts to drive conversions.
• Create clear creative briefs for internal teams and external partners.
• Explore formats including UGC, testimonials, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Creative and Paid Media teams to produce and test new creatives.
• Analyze creative performance and iterate based on results.
