xFarm Technologies seeks a motivated People Operations and Talent Acquisition associate to support onboarding, maintain HR records, draft contracts, and help ensure GDPR compliance. You will also assist with ATS management, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and monitor recruiting KPIs.

This role offers hands-on exposure in a high-growth scale-up and collaboration with a forward-thinking People team. You’ll gain mentorship from experienced HR professionals while directly impacting processes

Competenze

• Studying or recently graduated in Economics, Psychology, Communications, Law or similar.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Proactive — you don't wait to be told twice.
• Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish, Portuguese or French is a big plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter.
• Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.

Mansioni

• Support onboarding & offboarding flows and maintain HR records.
• Draft employment contracts and HR documents, ensuring accuracy.
• Help monitor GDPR and labor law compliance and respond to inquiries.
• Be the first point of contact for HR tools and processes.
• Support to manage ATS, screen CVs and coordinate interviews.
• Track recruiting KPIs and pipeline dashboards; ensure a good candidate experience.
