xFarm Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to support the Finance team across multiple countries. You will assist with monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and KPI analysis in a fast-growing, hybrid work environment.

You’ll collaborate with the Head of Finance and cross-functional teams to improve processes, ensure compliance, and support strategic initiatives while developing your treasury and reporting skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting or a related role.
• Basic knowledge of cash management principles and financial instruments.
• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern productivity and AI‑based tools (e.g. Netsuite for accounting, Agicap for treasury, Salesforce, Notion, Claude, etc.) is a plus; we value a proactive attitude towards technology adoption.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Positive and proactive attitude;
• Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.

• Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, management accounts and consolidation packages across all group entities.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, working closely with the Head of Finance and business unit owners.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and support our fast growth across all the countries we operate in. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and the Finance team, gaining hands‑on experience in treasury operations, cash flow management and financial reporting.

Your Mission
