xFarm Technologies seeks a motivated People Operations and Talent Acquisition associate to support onboarding, maintain HR records, draft contracts, and help ensure GDPR compliance. You will also assist with ATS management, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and monitor recruiting KPIs.

This role offers hands-on exposure in a high-growth scale-up and collaboration with a forward-thinking People team. You’ll gain mentorship from experienced HR professionals while directly impacting processes

Competenze

• Studying or recently graduated in Economics, Psychology, Communications, Law or similar.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Proactive — you don't wait to be told twice.
• Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish, Portuguese or French is a big plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter.
• Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.

What you'll do:

People Operations

• Support onboarding & offboarding flows
• Maintain employee records in our HRIS
• Draft employment contracts and HR documents
• Help monitor compliance (GDPR, labor law)
• Be the first point of contact for HR tools & processes

Talent Acquisition

• Support to manage the ATS (Factorial)
• Screen CVs and coordinate interviews
• Track recruiting KPIs and pipeline dashboards
• Ensure a great candidate experience end-to-end

Who we're looking for

• Studying or recently graduated in Economics, Psychology, Communications, Law or similar
• Detail-oriented and process-driven

Nice to have

• Experience with Factorial or similar HRIS/ATS tools
• Background in HR, recruiting or organizational psychology
• Basic knowledge of Italian labor law
• Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI…)
