ION seeks an HR Operations & Talent Support Specialist to drive the employee lifecycle, HR processes, and data reporting. You will work with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and external partners to implement scalable operations and AI-driven improvements.

The role combines HR operations, recruitment support, data analysis, and process automation in a fast-paced FinTech environment, with emphasis on compliance and excellent employee experience.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or related fields.
• 2–5 years in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL regulations.
• Native Italian with English proficiency (minimum B2).
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Zucchetti).
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query).
• Experience with BI tools for HR reporting/dashboards; familiarity with AI/LLM tools.

Mansioni

• Maintain and update employee data across HR systems with GDPR compliance.
• Support HR administration: contracts, payroll inputs, onboarding, transfers, offboarding per Italian law.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries with service orientation.
• Assist recruitment: postings, screening, interview scheduling, ATS management.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, staffing agencies, external partners.
• Support compliance, reporting, and internal HR documentation.
• Leverage AI/automation tools to streamline HR processes.
