SGD Pharma is seeking an HR Specialist – Training, Recruiting & Communication in Italy to help build the local HR department and align sites with HQ standards. You will support recruitment, onboarding, training, and day-to-day HR operations while serving as a cultural bridge across the organization.

You will report to the Country HR Manager and interface with international teams. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is a plus.

• This role requires initial HR experience in recruitment, training and development.
• Ability to build local HR processes aligned with HQ standards.
• Excellent discretion and confidential handling of information.

• Local communication: ensure proper flow of corporate information to employees.
• Recruitment & onboarding: manage search, selection and onboarding with external partners.
• Training & development: support corporate training plans and local training needs.
• HR operations & internal customer service: manage time/attendance and respond to employee requests.
