HPE Group S.p.a in Modena, Italy, seeks an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through off-boarding, ensuring alignment with policies and GDPR.

You will partner with managers to drive onboarding, training, development, and performance processes, while maintaining accurate HR data and reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration in a dynamic, multicultural environment and requires strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Experience with HR processes and labor law.
• Proven ability in recruitment, onboarding and training processes.
• Proficient with HRIS, data reporting and MS Office tools.

Mansioni

• Support recruitment and selection processes for white-collar and blue-collar profiles.
• Manage onboarding activities and the integration of new employees into the company.
• Support training, development, and performance management processes.
• Contribute to the preparation and updating of job descriptions, organizational charts, and organizational documentation.
• Provide operational support to managers and employees on daily HR-related matters.
• Monitor contract deadlines, HR documentation, and key personnel KPIs.
• Collaborate with payroll and personnel administration teams to ensure proper HR data management.
• Support engagement, welfare, employer branding, and internal communication initiatives.
• Contribute to the management of disciplinary processes and employee relations in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Support organizational improvement, HR digitalization, and change management projects.
• Ensure the proper updating and archiving of HR documentation in compliance with privacy regulations and GDPR requirements.
• Collaborate with external organizations, agencies, and HR service providers.
