Recordati in Milano seeks an HR Associate to support HR processes across Italy for Specialty&Primary Care and Rare Diseases. You will work with managers and employees to ensure smooth employee lifecycle activities in an international pharmaceutical setting.
Ideal candidates have ~3 years of HR experience, familiarity with HR systems (SuccessFactors is a plus), and solid data reporting skills. Fluency in English is required; travel up to 20% is possible.

Reporting to the Director HR SPC & RRD Italy & Greece, the HR Associate supports the delivery of HR processes and initiatives across Recordati’s Specialty&Primary Care and Rare Diseases businesses in Italy.
Working closely with managers, employees and internal stakeholders, the role contributes to the effective execution of HR operations and key people processes, supporting employee lifecycle activities and ensuring a positive employee experience within an international pharmaceutical environment.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Economics, Law or related disciplines.
Around 3 years of HR experience gained within international, matrix organizations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience working with HR systems; knowledge of SuccessFactors is considered a plus.
English: Fluent written and spoken
