Organon LLC in Italy seeks an HR Business Partner to provide HR support for the organization across Italy. You will coach managers and drive talent, diversity, and organizational strategies while supporting performance, compensation, and employee relations activities.

You will collaborate with the HR Lead Italy and cross-functional teams, shaping culture, change management, and talent programs within a large matrixed environment. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

Competenze

• BA/BSc in a relevant field is required.
• Master's degree in HR, Business Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Depth of experience as an HR Business Partner in Italy.

Mansioni

• Provide HR support to leaders in Italy.
• Create and drive talent and diversity strategy in Italy.
• Support talent management and organizational alignment activities.
• Coach managers on cyclical people management processes (talent management, succession planning, performance management, compensation planning).
• Provide learning strategies to enable talent strategy.
• Talent Acquisition support for local GTA activities.
• Lead HR initiatives across Italy as needed.
• Provide Employee Relations advice and consult on issues including performance, policy, and laws.
