Mandarin Oriental, Milan is seeking a People & Culture Intern to support the P&C team in HR operations and colleague engagement, reporting to the P&C Manager. Based at the Milan property, you will help deliver a positive colleague experience aligned with Mandarin Oriental standards.

The role offers six months of internship with pocket money of 500–600 euros, extensive training, dry cleaning for business attire, and meals in the employee restaurant.

Competenze

Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or Hospitality.
Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken.
Interest in HR, employee engagement and culture.
Proactive and professional with teamwork mindset.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

To support the recruitment and onboarding process for interns and staff, including pre-screening, interview coordination and documentation.
To assist in maintaining accurate staff records and databases.
To support onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and welcome materials are prepared.
To assist in internship lifecycle management, including follow-up and offboarding processes.
To support internal communication initiatives, including preparation of colleague-facing materials.
To assist in the organisation of colleague events, engagement activities and internal campaigns.
To support preparation of content such as menus, announcements, or visual materials for internal communication channels.
To assist with general P&C administration, filing, and documentation.
To support reporting and tracking of People & Culture activities.
To collaborate with other departments to support People & Culture initiatives.
To carry out any additional duties as required to support departmental needs.

Formazione

Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Hospitality
