Marriott International is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to oversee all payroll activities for our associates, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws and agreements. You will collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and external providers to optimize payroll operations and support strategic workforce planning.

The role requires 4+ years in payroll with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, strong analytical skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

Competenze

Education: High school diploma or GED.
Related Work Experience: At least 4 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None

Mansioni

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all associates, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
Review and validate payroll inputs including hours, overtime, leave, incentives, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, social security requirements, and collective bargaining agreements.
Maintain payroll records and protect confidential associate information; support audits with documentation.
Lead and coach payroll team, develop SOPs, and drive process improvements.
