The Westin Palace, Milan is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for all associates, ensuring compliance with policies, labor laws, tax requirements and applicable collective bargaining agreements. The role collaborates with HR, Finance, and external providers to keep payroll operations efficient and confidential.

You will supervise a payroll team, maintain timekeeping systems, and produce payroll metrics for management.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 4 years of related payroll experience.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all associates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
• Act as primary escalation point for payroll inquiries and provide timely support to associates.
• Maintain payroll and timekeeping systems, ensuring data integrity and generate/payroll metrics and reports.
• Lead and coach payroll team to meet service standards and drive process improvements.
