Job summary

Generative Bionics S.r.l. is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage the full payroll lifecycle and personnel administration in a fast-paced, innovative environment at our Genova facilities.

You will coordinate with external payroll providers, ensure compliance with Italian labor law and CCNL requirements, maintain accurate records, and support benefits administration while driving process improvements across HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics, Business Admin, Labor Law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Italian payroll processes and labor law.
• Experience with multiple CCNLs, ideally including CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent Italian and good English.
• Experience with Zucchetti HR Suite.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Budgeting and workforce planning experience.
• Professional payroll or labor law certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll process and inputs.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and ensure compliance.
• Oversee employee benefits and supplementary schemes.
• Serve as main contact for payroll, compensation and benefits.
• Maintain personnel records and payroll reporting.
• Drive process digitalization and continuous improvement.
