Job summary

LuxExperience, the leading digital luxury group, seeks a Senior Payroll and Administration Specialist to join our payroll team in Italy. Location options are Bologna (Zola Predosa) or Milan (Via Morimondo).

The role is permanent with a hybrid work model. You will manage end-to-end payslips, attendance and payroll cycles with the external provider, ensure compliance with CCNL Commercio and Italian labour law, and support HR projects at national and international levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience in a firm or in-house payroll team.
• Strong knowledge of Italian Labour Law.
• Experience with end-to-end payslip processing is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Zucchetti Infinity and Workday HCM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll lifecycle from hiring to exit in compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee attendance, absences, leaves, and payroll-related queries.
• Coordinate with the external payroll provider for payroll cycles.
• Prepare payroll reports and analytics for management.
• Support HR lifecycle data and respond to payroll, benefits, and leave queries.
• Collaborate on national and international HR projects.
• Maintain updated HR documents and employee records.
