LuxExperience is hiring a Senior Payroll and Administration Specialist to lead end-to-end payroll, attendance management, and HR data administration across Bologna/Milan, with a hybrid work model in place. You will liaise with external providers and ensure compliance with CCNL Terziario and labor laws.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in payroll, strong Italian payroll knowledge, and English proficiency (B2+).

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in Payroll/Accounting (in-house or firm) processing payslips end-to-end.
• Deep knowledge of Italian Labour Law.
• Advanced knowledge of Zucchetti Infinity and CCNL Commercio.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM is a plus.
• Data management and analytical reasoning.
• Excellent communication skills and process mindset.
• Resilience and forward-thinking approach.
• Fluent in English (B2+).

Responsabilités

• Ensure staff data input and manage payroll processing across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage attendance/absence, sickness, maternity leave, holidays and leaves.
• Coordinate payroll cycle and admin tasks with external provider.
• Prepare payroll reports and analytics.
• Provide HR administration support on payroll, benefits, leave, and local regulations.
• Collaborate on national and international HR data projects.
• Maintain updated HR documentation and internal records.
