LuxExperience is hiring a Senior Payroll And Administration Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll processes, attendance, and HR data management within our hybrid Italy offices in Bologna or Milan. You will liaise with an external provider and support the full employee lifecycle with a focus on compliance and data accuracy.

The role requires 3+ years in payroll, strong knowledge of Italian labour law, and proficiency with Zucchetti Infinity; Workday is a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years in Payroll/Accounting, in-house or firm.
• Deep knowledge of Italian Labour Law and CCNL Commercio.
• Advanced knowledge of Zucchetti Infinity and CCNL Commercio.
• Workday HCM knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure staff data input and payroll lifecycle management.
• Oversee attendance recording and leave-related issues.
• Manage payroll cycle with external provider.
• Produce payroll data reports and analyses.
• Provide administrative support for employee lifecycle and queries.
• Collaborate on HR projects nationally and internationally.
• Maintain HR documents and internal databases for all employees.
