Job summary

TXT Group in Italy is seeking a Payroll & Administration professional to manage all ordinary and periodic payroll and social security aspects related to employment relationships.

You will ensure compliance with legal requirements, record attendance, manage leaves and workplace incidents, coordinate with our payroll provider, and support HR and accounting teams across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. The role offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll and administration.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with employment requirements under current legislation.
• Record attendance and verify data consistency.
• Process payroll with external provider.
• Collaborate with Accounting on personnel costs.
• Prepare payroll-related reports and statistics.
• Provide front-office payroll support to colleagues.
• Support compensation, benefits and corporate welfare activities.
