Job summary

POP MART is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to support accurate payroll operations across Italy and Spain. The role focuses on driving timely payroll, data accuracy, and compliance with local labor laws within South Europe.

Reporting to the HRBP, you will coordinate with external providers like ADP, handle hires, terminations and salary updates, and support monthly payroll closures and audits. Fluency in English and Italian is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, economics, accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; data analysis skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as payroll and benefits contact for Italy and Spain across South Europe.
• Support payroll processing, data checks and employee queries.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers (ADP) and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with payroll reporting, audits and monthly closures.
