Marchesini Group S.p.A. in Pianoro, Italy, is seeking a payroll specialist to join the HR team on site.

The role focuses on the full payroll cycle, ensuring timely salary processing and compliance with current regulations. Responsibilities include monthly payroll processing, social security and tax duties, attendance and leave management, reporting to management, and collaboration with HR on contracts and changes.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Economics, Law or related fields.
• 2–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in corporate or consultancy environments.
• Excellent knowledge of labor regulations and main national collective labor agreements (CCNL).

Responsabilidades

• Monthly payroll processing and related social security and tax obligations.
• Management of attendance, vacation, leave, sick days, and payroll events.
• Monitoring deadlines and communications to INPS, INAIL, and Italian Revenue Agency.
• Updates on labor and social security regulations.
• Collaborate with HR on contracts, hiring, terminations and contract changes.
• Produce reports for management control and HR direction.
