Job summary

LuxExperience seeks a Mid-Senior Payroll Administrator to manage the end-to-end payroll lifecycle for staff across Italy, in a hybrid setup (Bologna or Milan). You will ensure accurate data input, attendance and leave processing, and payroll reporting while collaborating with external providers and internal HR teams.

The role requires at least 3+ years in payroll and a strong grasp of Italian labour law; English proficiency (B2) is essential. experiência in Workday/Zucchetti is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience, end-to-end (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL Commercio.
• Experience with external payroll providers and internal HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage staff data and payroll lifecycle from hiring to exit.
• Oversee attendance, leaves, absences and related payroll issues.
• Coordinate payroll cycle with external provider and generate reports.
• Provide payroll and benefits queries support and maintain HR records.
• Collaborate on national/international HR projects affecting payroll data.
