Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. cerca uno/una Italy Payroll Specialist per supportare il team payroll in un contesto multinazionale. La posizione prevede responsabilità end-to-end su assunzoni, cessazioni e gestione UNILAV, con attenzione a conformità e precisione.

Mansioni

• Supportare il Payroll Lead nelle attività quotidiane di payroll (assunzioni, cessazioni, UNILAV).
• Eseguire controlli end-to-end per accuratezza e conformità del payroll.
• Gestire informazioni su fondi pensione e pagamenti payroll.
• Gestire ritenute e adempimenti fiscali in linea con norme locali.
• Verificare invii mensili F24 e UNIEMENS per completezza.
• Preparare pagamenti payroll e report correlati.
• Collaborare con il team interno per operazioni payroll fluide.
• Gestire questioni payroll e rispondere tempestivamente.

Position Title: Italy Payroll Specialist

Location: Vimercate or Monvalle - Italy

Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office required

The Job:

As the Italy Payroll Specialist, you’ll be part of our Payroll team.

You'll get to:

• Support the Payroll Lead in daily payroll activities, including hires, terminations, transformations, UNILAV processing, payroll changes, time and attendance system updates, absence management, and payroll controls in cooperation with the external provider, ADP.
• Perform end-to-end payroll controls to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Manage pension fund information and related payroll administration activities.
• Oversee garnishments management in line with local legal and payroll requirements.
• Verify monthly F24 and UNIEMENS submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare payroll payments and a variety of payroll-related reports.
• Collaborate closely with the internal payroll team to ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations.
• Resolve payroll issues and respond to questions raised by employees and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Support year-end payroll activities, including CU, 770, audits, and payroll-related projects.

You also have:

• Relevant experience and a solid understanding of Italian payroll processes and practices.
• Fluency in both Italian and English, with the ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• The ability to work remotely, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and strong team-player attitude.
• Knowledge of the ADP Celergo payroll platform is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria is considered a plus.

Salary Range: €25.500,00 - €30.000,00
