Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l. in Milan is seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to manage all payroll and related administrative activities for the Italian workforce, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
You will handle employee data, payslips, communications to INPS/INAIL, and collaborate with HR on hires, changes, and terminations, with a strong focus on data integrity and confidentiality. The role offers a permanent contract with full-time hours; salary is based on experience.

The selected candidate will be part of the Human Resources Department and they will be responsible for managing all payroll and administrative activities for our Italian workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations.

Salary:Remuneration will start from €32.000, depending on the experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria consistent with the organization, such as: (i) professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors; (ii) technical and specialist skills relevant to the role; (iii) demonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility; (iv) classification under the relevant National Collective Labour Agreement; and (v) consistency with internal pay equity parameters for comparable positions
