Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is hiring an Italy Payroll Lead to manage monthly payroll activities, partnering with ADP to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role supports a hybrid work model with one day per week in the office and reports to the Payroll team.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Italian payroll processes, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work across an international environment, including collaboration with HR and Finance teams.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of Italian payroll processes and practices.
• Fluency in Italian and English, with ability to work in an international environment.
• Experience working with payroll providers; knowledge of ADP Celergo is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Mansioni

• Oversee monthly payroll activities for Italy in partnership with ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support internal payroll team and resolve queries and escalations from employees and stakeholders.
• Manage payroll changes related to hires, terminations, absences, and data updates.
• Support post-payroll activities, reporting, controls, and compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with EMEA Payroll Manager, HR and project teams on updates and initiatives.

The Job:

As the Italy Payroll Lead, you’ll be part of our Payroll team. You’ll get to:

• Oversee monthly payroll activities for Italy in partnership with ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Support the internal payroll team and resolve payroll queries and escalations from employees and stakeholders.
• Manage payroll changes related to hires, terminations, absences, and employee data updates.
• Support post-payroll activities, reporting, controls, and compliance-related tasks.
• Partner with the EMEA Payroll Manager, HR, and project teams on payroll updates, process improvements, and key initiatives.
• Support year-end payroll activities, audits, and payroll-related projects.

• The ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
