Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Italy seeks an Italy Payroll Specialist to join the payroll team in Vimercate or Monvalle. The role is hybrid, requiring 1 day in the office per week, and permanent employment.

You’ll support daily payroll activities, ensure accuracy and compliance, manage pension funds, garnishments, and year-end tasks, coordinating with external provider ADP. You should have solid Italian payroll knowledge, fluent Italian and English, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

Competenze

• Relevant experience and solid understanding of Italian payroll processes and practices.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Ability to work remotely, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Support Payroll Lead in daily payroll activities (hires, terminations, transformations, UNILAV processing, changes, time/attendance, absences) with external ADP.
• Perform end-to-end payroll controls for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage pension fund information and related payroll administration.
• Oversee garnishments in line with local requirements.
• Verify monthly F24 and UNIEMENS submissions for completeness.
• Prepare payroll payments and payroll-related reports.
• Collaborate with internal payroll team for smooth operations.
• Resolve payroll issues and respond to employee queries.
• Support year-end activities (CU, 770, audits).
