Hager Group in Milano is seeking a Payroll & Lifecycle Specialist for a permanent role. You will collect and verify payroll data, provide frontline HRBPs support, and manage relationships with our payroll vendor while generating payroll reports and analytics.

The role requires strong payroll experience, knowledge of labor law, and the ability to work in a matrix organization. Fluent English is essential; French is a plus.

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience and a relevant degree.
• Knowledge of labor law and experience in the industrial sector is a plus.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and experience with digitalization.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English language skills (French would be a plus).
• Ability to lead, manage and develop a team.

As a Payroll & Lifecycle Specialist you will be based in Milano for a permanent contract.

The position holder independently supports dedicated HR partners in the areas of Employee Life Cyde Administration, with the objective of ensuring a high-quality, broad and diversified level of service for HRBPs, managers and employees.

Your Mission

• Salary range (RAL): €55,000 – €65,000. The final offer depend on the level of competency.
• Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL): Commerce Sector
