HiPay Italia is seeking a Technical Account Manager to bridge merchants and internal teams, ensuring smooth integrations and high-quality solutions. You will lead pre-sales consulting, advise on best practices for payment integrations, and manage client delivery from onboarding onward.

The role requires strong communication, project orchestration skills, and a technical background. Knowledge of CMS platforms like Magento or Prestashop is a real asset for effective integration testing.

Join our Italian office as a Technical Account Manager! You will be the key point of contact between our merchants and internal teams to ensure smooth integrations and high-quality solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional consulting during the pre-sales phase;
• Advise and recommend best practices for integrating payment solutions;
• Manage the integration project for new clients in your portfolio from onboarding onward;
• Organize and lead technical workshops with clients;
• Oversee client delivery in collaboration with the functional tester;
• Monitor potential technical developments for clients;
• Respond quickly and efficiently to client requests during the integration process;
• Manage internal communication with various teams.
• Acting as the technical reference for the Italian payments ecosystem (This Includes supporting merchants during testing and troubleshooting of local payment methods, as well as coordinating technical investigations with local issuers, acquirers and payment partners whenever needed)
