OverIT is seeking a skilled Content & Enablement Specialist to craft instructor‑led trainings, labs, and materials for partners across Europe, leveraging FSM, ERP, CRM, and related platforms. You will develop compelling content, deliver sessions, and support certification initiatives.

You will collaborate with SMEs and trainers, maintain a realistic virtual training lab, and help scale a high‑quality enablement program in a remote‑friendly, Italy‑based environment.

Competenze

• 5-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise software in training/consulting roles.
• Ability to learn complex configurable platforms (FSM/ERP/CRM/EAM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating training content from scratch and hands-on labs.
• Organized and self-directed with multi-workstream management.

Mansioni

• Build content: create slide decks, ILT materials, video scripts, and hands-on labs.
• Support curriculum delivery: run training sessions, workshops, and onboarding for partners.
• Work with SMEs: capture knowledge from Solution Architects and consultants into structured learning content.
• Help maintain the training lab: set up, test, and upkeep the virtual lab environment.
• Support certification: build and administer practical exams and track progress.
• Gather feedback: collect input from partners and trainers and turn it into improvements.
