OverIT is seeking a Product Manager/Business Analyst to engage with clients, shape the FSM product roadmap, and translate feedback into concrete user stories. You will collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure market needs are captured and delivered in a timely manner.

The role requires 3–5 years in similar roles, familiarity with FSM platforms, and strong communication skills in English and Italian.

Competenze

3–5 years in a Product Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Pre-Sales role within a B2B software environment.
Direct experience with FSM platforms or field operations software.
Clear and confident communicator, able to present to clients and collaborate with technical teams.

Mansioni

Participate in direct client interactions, product demos, and discovery sessions to gather real-world feedback and understand field pain points.
Drive roadmap presentations with existing clients and support the sales team in pre-sales contexts.
Contribute to writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications with R&D and the senior PM team.
Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog using Agile methodologies (Jira/Confluence).
Work closely with R&D, Sales, Solution Center, and Customer Success to align on priorities and go-to-market.
Deepen domain knowledge of FSM and related processes to become a credible voice with clients and internal stakeholders.
