Ingersoll Rand plc is seeking a Cost Accountant to join the Parma plant's Controlling Department. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, collaborating closely with Operations and Finance to enable informed business decisions.

The position requires a degree in economics/finance and 1–2 years in Controlling, with strong Excel skills and SAP/BI knowledge. On-site role with potential for limited travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
• 1-2 years of experience in Controlling and Finance (internships welcome).
• Knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
• Proficiency in Excel; SAP ERP systems and BI tools are preferred.
• Italian fluency with good working knowledge of English.

Mansioni

• Support monthly closing activities, including cost analysis and variance reporting.
• Maintain standard costs and calculate variances.
• Collaborate with Operations to analyze financial impacts and identify improvements.
• Support internal controls and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in controlling and reporting processes.
