Ingersoll Rand plc is seeking a Cost Accountant to join the Parma plant's Controlling Department. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, collaborating closely with Operations and Finance to enable informed business decisions.
The position requires a degree in economics/finance and 1–2 years in Controlling, with strong Excel skills and SAP/BI knowledge. On-site role with potential for limited travel.
Gardner Denver Srl is a company specialized in high- and low-pressure products, operating within an international industrial group. The company has two manufacturing plants in Italy: the Parma plant, specialized in the production of low-pressure blowers and Engineer-To-Order (ETO) machines under the Robuschi brand (PFT EMEIA), and the Lonate Pozzolo plant, specialized in the production and sale of compressors under the Champion brand (Compressors EMEIA).
A third location in Vignate hosts a repair workshop and sales offices dedicated to vacuum solutions under the Elmo Rietschle brand (PFT EMEIA).
Job Summary
The Cost Accountant (Financial Analyst I) will be part of the Controlling Department and will report directly to the Plant Controller. The role will support the financial management of the Parma plant, contributing to controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting activities. The position works in close collaboration with Operations and Finance to ensure accurate financial analysis and to support informed business decisions.
