Ingersoll Rand, site-based in Parma, is seeking an Inventory & Material Planner to manage material requirements and supplier performance to support production. The role collaborates with Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement to ensure supply continuity and optimal inventory levels.

The ideal candidate has strong MRP knowledge, ERP proficiency, and experience in industrial manufacturing. The position offers a dynamic, international work environment with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in supply chain, planning, or procurement.
• Experience managing a supplier portfolio.
• Knowledge of MRP and inventory management principles.
• Proficiency with ERP and Excel; BI tools a plus.
• Fluent Italian; good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage material requirements generated by MRP and align with production plans.
• Create and monitor purchase orders and supplier follow-up.
• Maintain day-to-day supplier relationships and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor order confirmations and schedules; address shortages or delays.
• Ensure material availability with optimal inventory levels.
