Ingersoll Rand in Isola Vicentina, Italy, seeks a Junior Controller to support financial controlling, reporting, and business performance monitoring. You will assist budgeting/forecasting, contribute to management reporting, and collaborate with functions to drive informed decisions and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities include weekly management reports, monthly closings, SAP-based reporting, and BI tool analysis.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field.
Experience in Accounting/Controlling, and Audit.
Strong Excel skills with advanced functions.
Understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition.
SAP knowledge is a plus; BI tools (QLIK) advantageous.
Strong financial and operational reporting knowledge.
Fluency in English is required.

Mansioni

Prepare and maintain weekly management reports: orders, revenue, pricing, inventory.
Support monthly closing and preparation of management accounts.
Assist budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
Develop and maintain SAP-based reports and dashboards.
Analyze data in BI tools and provide insights to management.
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Pricing and Sales on inventory control and stock reduction.
