Ingersoll Rand in Lombardy, Italy seeks an Industrial Controller at the Vignate Plant. The role blends accounting with analytical insight to drive manufacturing decisions. You will handle cost and variance analysis, inventory and asset accounting, and month-end close in a fast-paced plant environment.

The candidate will support budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting tied to production performance, working with SAP-driven systems and cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• 3+ years of proficiency in SAP FI/CO in a manufacturing setting.
• 3+ years of standard cost accounting experience.
• 3+ years of product cost and variance analysis (material, labour, OH).
• Knowledge of Italian accounting rules and US GAAP.

Mansioni

• Standard costing: define material standard costs and perform PPV analysis.
• Industrial cost controlling: review work-order costs and root-cause variances.
• Monthly closes, forecasting and reporting: reconcile BS and P&L, support budgeting and forecasts.
