Ingersoll Rand plc in Isola Vicentina, Italy is seeking a Junior Controller to support financial controlling through reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring. You will assist budgeting and forecasting and collaborate with various functions to drive business decisions and process improvements.

The role requires a Economics degree, accounting/controlling experience, advanced Excel, and good English. SAP knowledge is a plus and BI tools like QLIK are beneficial.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics.
• Experience in Accounting/Controlling or Audit.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition concepts.
• SAP knowledge is a plus; BI tools (QLIK) advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of financial and operational reporting.
• Good English skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare and maintain weekly management reports (orders, revenue, pricing, inventory).
• Support monthly closing and management accounts.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Develop and enhance SAP-based reports and dashboards.
• Analyze BI data and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Pricing and Sales on inventory control.
• SGA spend analysis.
