Ingersoll Rand plc in Vicenza, Italy, is seeking a Junior Controller to support financial controlling activities, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Sales teams to monitor performance and drive continuous process improvements.

The role requires an Economics degree, Excel expertise, SAP knowledge is a plus, and strong English.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics
• Previous experience in Accounting/Controlling, Audit
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition concepts
• SAP knowledge is considered a plus; experience with BI tools is an advantage (QLIK)
• Good understanding of financial and operational reporting
• Good knowledge of English

Mansioni

• Prepare and maintain weekly management reports, including orders, revenue, pricing, inventory
• Support the monthly closing process and the preparation of management accounts
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Develop, maintain, and improve SAP-based reports and performance dashboards
• Analyze data available in BI tools and provide insights to management
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Supply Chain, Pricing, Sales teams on inventory control and stock reduction initiatives
• SGA spend analysis
