Ignition Italia Srl in Milan is seeking a Pre-Sales Cybersecurity Engineer to design, present, and validate cybersecurity solutions for partners and customers.

The role requires hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management, identity security, and IT infrastructure, combining technical excellence with strong communication to support the sales team throughout pre-sales activities and PoC engagements.

Competenze

• Experience in IT, preferably in pre-sales or cybersecurity roles.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams, vendors, partners, and customers.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• English knowledge at B1–B2 level for vendor interaction.
• Willingness to travel within Italy.

Mansioni

• Support pre-sales activities with customer meetings, solution presentations, and workshops.
• Translate customer needs into effective cybersecurity architectures aligned with Ignition Italia’s portfolio.
• Act as a technical reference for partners and end customers throughout the pre-sales cycle.
• Design and deliver technical presentations, demos, and solution proposals.
• Manage and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) activities with resellers and end customers.
• Support early configuration, deployment, and validation of solutions.
• Serve as a technical interface between vendors, partners, customers, and internal teams.
• Deliver technical training sessions and enablement activities.
• Keep up to date with market trends and vendor solutions.
