Wyser S.r.l. A Socio Unico is seeking a Resident Senior Controller for its manufacturing site in India. The role blends operational analysis with business support to ensure transparency in line with group standards.

You will monitor KPIs, analyze costs, manage standard costing and budgeting, and serve as a financial partner to plant management while coordinating with HQ. Fluency in English and SAP/BI familiarity are required.

Our Client is a leading industrial group with a strong manufacturing footprint and established international standards, recognized for operational excellence and a structured, performance-driven culture.

To strengthen the Finance function at its manufacturing site in India, we have been retained to search for a:

Resident Senior Controller – India

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational performance of the manufacturing plant in India. The role combines operational analysis and business support, ensuring transparency and alignment with group standards

Key responsibilities

• Monitor plant performance and key manufacturing KPIs
• Analyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization
• Manage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation
• Track bill of materials and manufacturing cost structures
• Support operational efficiency and CapEx investment evaluations
• Monitor cross-functional KPIs (sales margins, purchasing costs, production volumes, inventory turnover and quality costs)
• Coordinate plant budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls
• Support audit activities and reporting improvements
• Act as financial partner to plant management, providing insights for operational decision-making and facilitating communication with HQ

Required profile

• 8/10+ years of experience in Controlling, including significant exposure to industrial/manufacturing environments
• Strong background in plant controlling within multinational companies
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and working in international environments
• Experience with Indian manufacturing operations is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
• Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures
• Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales
• ERP experience (SAP preferred) and familiarity with BI tools
• Languages: Fluent English
• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering

India (resident position at the manufacturing plant)

Compensation & benefits

The company offers an annual gross salary in the range of €70,000 – €100,000, commensurate with experience and role scope, plus company-provided accommodation.
