Our Client is seeking a Resident Senior Controller for its India plant to drive cost transparency and financial insight. You will monitor KPIs, analyze costs and support budgeting, reporting, and CapEx assessments as a strategic partner to plant management.

Qualifications

• 8/10+ years of experience in Controlling in industrial/manufacturing
• Strong plant controlling background in multinational companies
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in international environments
• Experience with Indian manufacturing operations preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
• Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures
• Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales
• ERP experience (SAP preferred) and familiarity with BI tools

To strengthen the Finance function at its manufacturing site in India, we have been retained to search for a: Resident Senior Controller - India. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational performance of the manufacturing plant in India.
